Abstract

The society opens the schools and appoints the teachers. The purpose behind is to equip the members in all respect so they  may ensure prosperity and mobility. The constitution of the Indian society is very complex but is the guiding force. It is  stratified, diversified and leveled into caste,creed, colour, sex and ethnicity. The society members nurse their views, ideas and wishes as per their perception. Its fate and destiny are tied with its member's affiliations to community, rituals, traditions, apprehensions, religion, belief and commandments. It’s our existing social scenario seems to be vague.. Thus, its curriculum has to be invigorated, recharged, refrained and renewed in the light of the great concerns discussed in the paper .

Self-Esteem In Relation To Emotional Intelligence Of Female Primary Teachers

Abstract

The present study intended to find the relationship between self esteem and emotional intelligence as well as the positive or negative effect of self esteem on the emotional intelligence of female teachers at primary level.The results of the study indicated no significant effect of self esteem on  the emotional intelligence of the female primary teachers,but both variables have  a positive correlation.
